The Buyer pays into a secure account.

The Seller must provide valid courier tracking within the required time.

When delivery is confirmed by the courier, payment is released automatically.

2. Does the Buyer need to confirm delivery?

No.

Bazont relies entirely on official courier tracking.

When the courier marks the item as DELIVERED, the system releases payment automatically.

3. What if the Seller does not provide tracking?

If valid tracking is not provided within the required time, the Buyer is automatically refunded and the transaction is terminated.

4. What counts as valid tracking?

Tracking must satisfy all of the following:

• It must come from a recognised courier.
• It must exist in the courier’s system.
• It must not already show DELIVERED at the time of entry.

Invalid, fake, reused, or already-delivered tracking will be rejected.

5. Can the Seller use any courier?

No.

Buyers should only use reputable, trackable courier services.

Bazont depends entirely on official tracking data. If the courier cannot be verified, the transaction cannot proceed.

6. Can the Seller enter a fabricated shipping number?

No.

The system relies entirely on the tracking number. A fabricated or unverifiable number is not accepted.

If tracking is invalid, the transaction cannot continue under the rules.

7. What happens after tracking is submitted?

Once accepted, the tracking number is locked.

It cannot be changed, and the system monitors delivery status automatically.

8. What triggers payment to the Seller?

Only one condition triggers payment release:

Courier status = DELIVERED

No manual approvals. No disputes. No intervention.

9. What if something goes wrong?

Bazont does not manage disputes.

It follows strict rules:

• No tracking = refund
• Valid delivery = payment
